| ISO-9001:2000 Certificate
 TNL
first obtained its ISO-9002 certificate in January of 1999, for the provision of
transportation services for international freight within the Mexican territory. This
registration was substituted in 2002, with the latest version of this certification, the
ISO-9001:2000.
This certificate, granted by the Energy & Environmental Accredited
Quality Assessment (EAQA), based in Great Britain, represents the consolidation and the
official recognition of TNL's work system.
The BS ISO-9001:2000 quality norm
was satisfactorily completed in all TNL's systems in 2002, including procedures, quality
and work flow manuals, all of which guarantee tha our customers will receive international
quality services.
The in-house development of new computer
software, as well as administrative and operational systems and procedures, aimed directly
to satisfy the particular needs of our customers, these are also particular actions tha
contributed to a renewed image of TNL, not only in Mexico, but also in the US and Canada. |
